  • Formal and informal emails ⇒ Learners are able to use formal and informal phrases in emails
  • Writing and replying to enquries ⇒ Learners are able to write enquiries and reply enquiries
  • Writing to colleagues ⇒ Learners are able to write short emails to their colleagues
  • Exchaning information ⇒ Learners are able to write emails to inform or reply their colleagues/clients
  • Arranging, confirming and rescheduling a meeting ⇒ Learners are able to write emails to confirm and/or reschedule a meeting
  • Writing an invitation letter/email to a meeting ⇒ Learners are able to write invitation letter/email to a meeting
  • Writing follow-up emails confirming meeting points ⇒ Learners are able to write follow-up emails
  • Writing an email/letter of offer or rejection ⇒ Learners are able to write letters/emails of offer or rejection
  • Complaining and appologizing ⇒ Learners are able to write letters/emails of complaint and apology
